Governor Kathy Hochul says her budget includes $100 million to fill in the remaining portion of the Inner Loop.
The goal is to reconnect the neighborhoods cut off from downtown when the Inner Loop was built decades ago.
Her budget also includes another $10 million for improvements at Frontier Field -- on top of $2 million already committed.
Hochul is also proposing another $42 million for improvements at Seneca Park Zoo.
