Rochester police have made an arrest in connection with a shooting last Saturday afternoon that wounded two men.
Frederick Williams was arrested yesterday on two charges he was illegally possessing a handgun at the time of the shooting.
The gunfire broke out at a gas station on North Clinton Avenue -- southwest of the International Plaza.
The shooting victims survived.
