A Canandaigua man is one of two people killed early this morning when two snowmobiles collided head-on in the Adirondacks.
New York State Police say 44-year-old Charles Eldred was riding on a trail in Lewis County when he crashed into a snowmobile operated by a New Jersey man.
Both were killed in the crash.
The crash happened at the summit of a hill, and police say it appears the New Jersey man failed to keep right on the trail.
