Police say 42-year-old Corey Faison intentionally shot and wounded a man in a parking lot outside a bar at 493 West Avenue.
And the investigation found a bullet from Faison's gun struck and killed a second man trying to leave in a car.
The first victim suffered life-altering wounds, and the second man, Stephen Morgan, died at the scene.
Police say more than a dozen rounds were fired.
