A former Parma music teacher who is already serving 50 years in federal prison for child pornography has been sentenced on related state charges.
Philip Close was accused of recording hundreds of videos of children using the bathroom at his Close School of Music on West Ridge Road.
There were more than five dozen victims, some as young as four-years-old.
Close was sentenced yesterday to three to nine years for unlawful surveillance. The prison time is concurrent to the federal sentence.
