A Warsaw woman is facing charges for two different crimes.
Kelly Ashcraft is accused of embezzling more than $100,000 over several years while she was working for the Wyoming Chamber of Commerce.
And she is accused of creating a fake COVID vaccination card to prove to the Warsaw School District that her child have been vaccinated.
The charges include grand larceny, falsifying business records, and forgery.
