There has been another incident at the Civic Center garage in downtown Rochester.
City police say a man tried to light another man on fire during a fight yesterday afternoon.
The victim ran off, but the man who tried to set the fire has been detained. There is no word on charges.
Security was increased at the garage last week after a homeless man attacked a man who had just left a hockey game at the Blue Cross Arena.
