The man accused of causing a 2020 Gates crash that killed two people will serve 4 to 12 years in prison.
Authorities say Anthony VanDoren was high on heroin and fentanyl when his truck hit an oncoming SUV head-on.
81-year-old William Lawson and 67-year-old Diane Donnelly were killed.
VanDoren pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide.
