Federal prosecutors also say 27-year-old Saroush Hamedi sold fentanyl to a 27-year-old woman who later overdosed.
A raid on Hamedi's home in February of 2020 turned up a plastic bag containing 10 grams of fentanyl.
That amount is lethal enough to kill up to five thousand people.
