25-year-old Nicholas Serret pleaded guilty to 1st-degree Manslaughter.
He admitted to opening fire on 22-year-old Shaqur Nesmith in a drive-by shooting at Jay and Orchard Streets in July of 2020.
Serret could get 20 years in prison when he's sentenced in April.
