Medal of Honor recipient Gary Beikirch will be laid to rest today with a public funeral service.
Monroe County Veterans Services Director Nick Stefanovic says the service is it's 10 a.m. at the First Bible Baptist Church in Hilton.
The funeral also will be streamed online.
