A Rochester teenager is being treated after he was shot this afternoon on the West Side. Rochester police say the 17-year-old was shot in an apartment building on Driving Park Avenue at the corner of Pierpont Street. The teen went to Strong Hospital and is expected to survive.
It happened about 1:30 p.m. and no arrest has been made yet.
