Rochester police have made no arrests in the city's latest homicide.
25-year-old Waltequaries Evans was shot during an argument near School 17 on Orchard Street.
He arrived in a private vehicle at Strong hospital but died a short time later.
The city's record number of homicides this year has risen to 80.
