Today is the scheduled court date in Greece Town Court for former Greece Police Chief Drew Forsythe.
He is charged with drunken driving and leaving the scene of a crash last month in his town-issued vehicle on Route 390.
He resigned as chief a few days later, once town officials learned he had not been forthcoming about the details of the crash and the aftermath.
The District Attorney determined he had six drinks at a bar in Rochester before driving to Greece.
