Rochester police have made an arrest in an armed robbery at a business on Joseph Avenue, near Clifford.
Two men ordered people to the floor at gunpoint yesterday, took cash and IDs, and drove off.
Officers spotted the getaway vehicle moments later, arrested the men, and recovered the stolen property and an illegally loaded gun.
Juan Lugo and Joel Colon-Lugo are charged with robbery, grand larceny, and a gun crime.
