A Monroe County grand jury has handed up murder indictments for twin brothers arrested for a homicide in downtown Rochester.
Ronald and Donald Brown are accused of shooting, stabbing, and beating to death 24-year-old Armani Allen to death last month outside the RTS Transit Center.
The Browns were arrested a few days later in East Rochester.
Charging documents after the arrest indicated both men admitted to the killing.
They are being held without bail.
