There's another disclosure about SUNY Chancellor Jim Malatras.
The Albany Times Union has obtained documents indicating SUNY officials were aware of complaints about his conduct while at the Rockefeller Institute of Government.
And a recording from 2017 includes him swearing and yelling at an administrative employee.
Malatras came under fire last week after the disclosure of text messages in which he berated one of the women who accused then-Governor Cuomo of sexual harassment.
