A Rochester man has been charged in a fatal stabbing on Park Avenue in June.
27-year-old Morris Jones Junior allegedly knifed 26-year-old Keith Arnold to death.
It happened during a fight outside the Dragonfly Tavern.
Jones was arrested near Dallas, Texas, and is awaiting extradition
