UPDATE: Police are confirming another homicide in Rochester.
It happened this morning at a minimart on Lake Avenue, just south of Emerson Street.
The victim has been identified as 59-year old Anthony Lovett, and the suspect has now been identified as 29-year-old Jamie Prescott

Rochester police are investigating the city's 77th homicide of 2021. Investigators say it happened on Lake Avenue Monday morning. Officers closed off a portion of Lake Avenue to traffic while they investigate the scene. Police said the victim was stabbed.
