The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian in Penfield.
Deputies say 57-year-old Brett Anderson, of Penfield, was struck shortly after sunset yesterday while walking along Creek Street, near Yorktown Drive.
So far, the driver of the minivan that hit him is charged only with a traffic infraction.
