Rochester police say three people were taken into custody at the end of a chase through the city.
Officers spotted a vehicle last night near North Street that had previously been reported stolen and was used a few days ago in an attempted holdup.
The driver led police through the city until the vehicle went out of control and crashed near Chili and Woodbine avenues.
The three people in the car tried to run but were quickly caught.
