Rochester police have arrested twin brothers for the deadly shooting and beating Thursday afternoon outside the RTS Transit Center on St. Paul Street.
Forty-seven-year-old Ronald Brown was arrested last night near North Washington Street and West Linden Avenue in East Rochester.
His brother Donald was found this morning hiding in a basement at an apartment building on West Linden.
Both men are charged with second-degree murder in the death of Armani Allen. Both already have long conviction records, and open cases against them.
They will be arraigned tomorrow morning.
