Kirk Ashton was in court yesterday, it is his first court appearance since posting bail. He was granted permission to leave Monroe County but only to travel to Ontario County to consult with his attorney in Ontario County. Ashton is charged with abusing several students at Northwood Elementary. he is due back in court on December 20th.
