Two Rochester men are facing criminal charges for theft from Eastview Mall and a crash with a trooper's car during the getaway.
It happened late yesterday afternoon.
The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says Dekesiad Binion and Rashad Cordell took $2000 worth of merchandise from Dick's Sporting Goods.
Binion allegedly backed into the patrol car as he tried to drive away. He's charged with Reckless Endangerment, and both men are charged with Grand Larceny.
