A Rochester man is facing charges, after allegedly leading a police chase and crashing into a building this morning.
Police say 48-year-old Kharye Jarvis's car slammed into a brick building on Hudson Avenue.
Jarvis is facing drug and weapons charges.
He's already on parole for a manslaughter conviction.
