The Rochester City School District is planning what it calls a Community Action Initiative at 11 a.m. at Franklin High School. Students, parents and staff are invited to talk about how to promote peace and reduce violence in the schools and the city. At least six Franklin teachers have reported being assaulted in recent weeks.
