A Canandaigua man has been charged in connection with a serious crash in Farmington.
32-year-old Jeffery Shinsing faces vehicular assault and DWI.
His car rear-ended another vehicle at a high speed on Route 332 south of the Thruway ramps.
The other driver was seriously hurt.
