A former SUNY Geneseo student has been sentenced to 13 years in prison and 20 years' probation for a sex assault at a co-ed campus dorm.
Defendant Philip Pang was from Queens.
The attack happened in 2014 but wasn't charged until 2019. The Livingston County District Attorney said then that the victim had reported the assault soon after it happened, but the university did not contact external law enforcement.
