The temporary restraining order for the healthcare vaccine mandate has been extended to at least October 12th.
That order only applies to healthcare workers who claim a religious exemption, and not to all workers in the industry.
At the October 12th hearing, the federal judge presiding over the case could decide to place a preliminary injunction.
If that happens, the injunction would stay in place until the overall case is decided.
