Rochester police have made no arrests in the city's latest homicide.
Forty-one-year-old Jerry Britt was shot to death around 8:45 Sunday morning as he was sitting in a chiar on the sidewalk on Avenue A.
Police say Britt is a city resident, but did not live on that street.
The city has had 53 homicide victims this year.
