Rochester Police have made an arrest in a fatal hit-and-run from earlier this month.
72-year-old Eddie Jones is accused of hitting and killing 54-year-old Bryan Calzaretta at the intersection of Brown Street and Broad Street on August 15th.
Jones is charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
