DNA Matching Has ID'd Remains of a U.S. Soldier Killed in World War II.

DNA matching has finally put a name to the remains of a U.S. soldier killed in World War II.

He was Charles Andrews, of Rochester, and his niece Gail Francis is his last surviving blood relative.

He had been listed as missing in action after a battle in Germany in 1944

Andrews was buried with other unknown soldiers in Belgium,

Francis expects her uncle's remains will arrive in Rochester in the next few days.
