Monroe County Legislator Rachel Barnhart is pushing again to protect restaurants from exploitation by food delivery services.
She's introducing two bills.
One would prohibit services such as Grubhub and DoorDash from listing restaurants on their platforms without written consent.
The other bill would set a 15% cap on what the food delivery services can charge restaurants in fees for each order.
Some services are charging 30% or more.
