The chair of the state Assembly Judiciary Committee says the committee will continue to review evidence and issue a final report on its investigation of Governor Cuomo.
Chair Charles Lavine says the committee will take all appropriate steps to ensure that the review does not interfere with ongoing investigations of nursing home data, the alleged use of state resources for the governor's book; and possible criminal sexual misconduct.

Cuomo announced last week he is resigning after numerous sexual harassment allegations.
