A Rochester man has been charged in the death of the mother of his children. Arbay Chivala, 23, was found dead inside her apartment on Argo Park on Sunday. Ahmed Ali, 26, had called 911 to report she was unresponsive. Police have charged Ali with murder. Police have not revealed how Chivala died.
