Former State Supreme Court Justice Matthew Rosenbaum is now under criminal investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
A MCSO spokesperson confirms this, but won't comment on what the probe is for.
Rosenbaum's former secretary accused him of forcing her to perform oral sex on him numerous times, according to a federal lawsuit.
Rosenbaum abruptly resigned from his judgeship in January of last year.
