A Rochester man with three outstanding warrants has been arrested by State Police on gun charges.
State Police say they arrested Theodore Presley III on Friday, for criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful fleeing after he refused to stop for a traffic infraction on North Clinton Avenue.
Troopers say Presley tried to speed away and hit a parked car and another moving vehicle, then tried to run -- ditching a gun in the process.
He was arrested a short time later.
