A Seneca County man hurt in a crash last month has died, and the woman who allegedly hit his car is charged with manslaughter.
66-year-old Brett Rising died a week after the June 23rd crash near the Waterloo Premium Outlets.
Deputies say 20-year-old Shyquest Powell rear-ended Rising's vehicle, while trying to flee after stealing from a store at the Outlets.
Powell also faces leaving the scene and grand larceny, while a 17-year-old passenger faces assault, grand larceny, and conspiracy.
