Outgoing Rochester School Board President Van White is not giving up his campaign for County Court Judge.
The top three finishers in last month's Democratic primary will be on the ballot in November.
Last week's recount showed White finishing fourth, but he successfully challenged the legality of the recount in court.
The recount was conducted with software, while state law requires ballots to be recounted manually.
The manual recount of the race, and six other close races, will take about a week.
