Two children are recovering with minor burns from a house fire in Rochester.
It broke out around 3 a.m. yesterday on Jefferson Terrace.
The home was heavily damaged.
The people there told firefighters one of the children had been playing with a lighter.
Two adults and four children were able to escape before firefighters arrived. They are getting housing help from the Red Cross.
