An investigation is underway after a body was discovered in Canandaigua Lake.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says the body was discovered around 10:30 this morning on the west side of the lake near Walton Point Drive in South Bristol.
The person pulled from the water has since been identified as 78-year-old Eivind Rynning.
His cause of death remains under investigation but authorities say his death does not appear suspicious.
