There is a new allegation from the woman who claims Monroe County Legislator Ernest Flagler-Mitchell asked for sexual favors when she asked him for help with a child protection case.
In a new filing with the Division of Human Rights, the woman claims another Legislator -- Rachel Barnhart -- leaked her name to a TV reporter.
The woman says she was contacted by the reporter last week, and the reporter informed her that Barnhart had supplied her name -- although the reporter was not supposed to disclose Barnhart was the source.
It doesn't appear the woman's name has been reported publicly. And we have asked Barnhart for comment.
