Rochester police have released the name of the city's latest homicide victim.
Eighteen-year-old old Christopher Wood was shot Saturday afternoon while walking with a 14-year-old boy along Genesee Street, near Earl Street.
Wood died at the hospital. The boy was treated and released.
No one has been arrested.
It's the 25th homicide in the city this year. There were 13 at this same time last year.
