Police say no charges are pending against a driver in Batavia who hit a six-year-old girl.
It happened yesterday afternoon outside a home on Otis Street.
Batavia police say the driver of a pickup truck had unhooked a trailer and didn't see the girl in front of the passenger side of the truck as he pulled away.
Police say she has serious injuries but was alert and speaking as she was flown to Strong hospital.
