Rochester police say a man may have had a medical issue before he crashed his car and died.
The crash happened late yesterday afternoon near Dewey Avenue and Emerson Street.
The vehicle hit a light pole. The man was pronounced dead at the hospital. A woman riding with him was injured, but is recovering.
Around the same time, a man was hurt when he crashed his car a few blocks away on Lake Avenue, near Emerson.
The car hit a curb in the median and the man reported having chest pain.
