The 7-day average falls to 169 per day, but the 7-day positivity rate remains at 3.2%.
Meanwhile, another COVID-19 death has been reported in Steuben County.
The county's health department says the latest victim is a 59-year-old Canisteo woman.
26 new cases were also confirmed.
Steuben's death toll is now 184.
