Four of Governor Cuomo's sexual misconduct accusers are being subpoenaed as part of the state attorney general's investigation.
The New York Times report Charlotte Bennett is one of the four women who will be testifying under oath in the next two weeks.
The 25-year old former Cuomo aide claims the governor made sexual advances when they were alone in his office.
Lindsey Boylan, a former Cuomo adviser, also received a subpoena, as well as Ana Liss, a former administration official who is now the Monroe County Planning Director.
Cuomo has denied the allegations.
The state attorney general's inquiry is expected to be finished by the end of the summer.
