A huge investigation on the city's west side.
A person was shot and killed by a Rochester police officer on Glasser Street, near Masseth.
It happened early this morning, after police responded to a ShotSpotter activation on Lyell Avenue and spotted the suspect vehicle on Glasser.
Police say officers made a traffic stop and the person in the car was shot. Multiple rounds were fired.
Interim police chief Cynthia Herriot-Sullivan is at the scene.
