An arrest has been made in Mondays murder of a Rochester man on the West Side.
Police say 40-year-old Delon McNeil of Rochester was arrested in Geneva with the help of Geneva Police and the Ontario County Sheriff's Department. He's accused of shooting Jaquan Hill during an argument near Lyell Avenue and Cameron Street. Parole officers heard the gunshots and found the victim on the street.
McNeil is charged with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
