New York state has the lowest single-day COVID positivity rate since October 22nd, at 1.22 percent. The positivity rate also shows 32 days in a row of decline.
Governor Cuomo also says over the past seven days, one-million COVID vaccines have been administered statewide. In addition, 37-point-five-percent of all New Yorkers have received their complete vaccine series.
